Hi, I'm Ginny Colarusso, Karmic Healer and former owner of Amp Yoga Studio in Springfield, NJ.

Born and raised in Cranford, an E-RYT 500, YACEP. I have been bringing the healing benefits of yoga, meditation, mediumship and Reiki to Union County for over seventeen years. I have trained extensively with Tarra Madore, DC, E-RYT of Smart Asana Yoga receiving my 200-hour Hatha certification in March 2008. Since then, I have completed a Children’s Yoga certification with Lani Rosen-Gallagher of Full of Joy Yoga, an Anatomy of Flow and Core Strength Vinyasa certification with Sadie Nardini, and a 300 -hour intensive with Tarra Madore on the Smart Asana System, Advanced Breathing and Meditation, and using yoga to heal the body.

I am also a certified Advanced Reiki Master in Usui and Holy Fire bringing my own creative spin to this energy clearing treatment using crystals or high-grade essential oils if requested. I am able to channel messages from your deceased loved ones, angels, and guides and clear your chakras. I trained with Reiki Master Ricardo DaCunha of Harrison, NJ & NYC and was certified/attuned by him in 2012 and 2019.  I also trained with Beth Wishbow, RMT and was certified by her in Level 3 Usui and Holy Fire Reiki in March 2025. I can also pull some Past Life information from your Reiki treatment that may be affecting you today.  I have earned a Past Life Regressionist certificate and have done extensive clairvoyant and angelic trainings with the famous Psychic Medium Lindsey Sass of The NJ Healing Center in December of 2013, trained in the Michael Newton Method. I am able to assist you in connecting with the Akashic Records or reconnecting with a deceased loved one in a Connect to Spirit session to regain faith and hope of an afterlife, learn your life purpose, and receive comfort from the other side in a deep state of meditation or by channeling the information for you.

I completed a Full Mesa Carrier course with shamans, Lori Dalvi and Julie Hannon in 2024 and received shamanaic rites and initiations in the four directions.

I am an Intuitive Medium and am able to still speak and communicate with my father, who passed in November 2011 and other deceased loved ones and guides. I channel their energy and spirit and receive their messages. I appeared on Dr. Oz on May 17,2019 discussing how my father first made his presence known to me and assisted me in my grieving process. I specialize in alternative grief healing sessions to help accelerate the healing time and finding comfort and ease to reach acceptance.

I am currently studying Medical Intution and Remote Viewing.
