Distance Reiki $125 per half hour

Welcome to the most unique Reiki experience in all of New Jersey. As a Reiki Master certified in the Usui Japanese and Holy Fire and Karuna styles; we will work with universal life force energy to detect stagnant energy or blockages. We will align, balance, and ground your meridians and chakras, the subtle energy centers of the body. You will enter into a meditative state during the session, and the results will provide a renewed sense of self.  The use of energy clearing sprays, essential oils, palo santo, and crystals will enhance your session.

Learn the basics of yogic breathing and instill a meditative practice into your life. Allow me to work with you to find a balanced fit. In meditation we can explore Japa, or repeated mantra work, or guided meditation.
